To Market, to Market...

I'm having some ways with lilacs this week.  I have many darling photos I will be sharing with you.

Natural daylight has been in my favor today, after many long and gloomy days.

I took advantage of it, and have a treasure trove of lilac love for this week.

This post features Miss Kim lilacs in my new/old 7 Up crate ($5.00, thank you!
Love the red script on her.)

Love your lilacs in the old 7UP case! I can almost smell them! The lilacs here are not doing very well. We had 2 nights of freezing temps just when they were beginning to bud. :0(

Oh my goodness. I am so envious of your lilacs! I would love to have some. I tried twice to grow them but with no luck. Maybe I'll try Miss Kim. Any advice on how to get great blooms?

Your photos are beautiful. I have to enjoy the beautiful lilacs from afar, because they just don't seem to agree with my allergies. Thanks so much for sharing yours.

Loving the Miss Kim Lilac's, mine are just coming in to bloom right now. Now this is funny, I just bough and old Pepsi crate like yours for $5 too. But I wouldn't of thought to put the lilacs in there for photo, but will now. Thanks for sharing you creative inspiration at Sunday's Best!

I think these are my favorite of your lilac shots. Something about the woodiness of the crate with the delicate flowers goes so well together. Maybe next year I'll have that many blooms from my bushes.

What a sweet pair, Andrea!

That crate has such a perfect old loved patina and your lilacs are so hardy. Mine have not bloomed yet. I think maybe next year ....does it take three years to get blooms from a new bush? Wish I knew!

Your photos are awesome, as usual, Andrea! Thanks for sharing.
