Thank goodness for old roses...
because everyone seems to be cranky.
Kids are cranky because we never got a heavy snowfall and they really love sledding.
Crankiness in the work place seems to be a given in January, too.
Things must get accomplished, but there just isn't enough sunlight to make it a day's work.
It's supposed to be 60 degrees on Tuesday and then back to 15 the next day (!)
made to break piece of crap.
And,
tax season is here.
*sigh*
Some people are already feeling the wallet crunch even though no one's even filed yet.

So, thank goodness for old roses.
They're beautiful even when they're spent.
They're one old constant that always delights.

Hopefully it will all pass soon! I love roses and their fragrance so pretty!
Yes-Old roses always make me smile, too. Blessings-xo Diana
Roses, even though they're spend are still pretty and brighten the mood.
We've had a rain/freezing rain here today too. No travel advised in parts of the state because the roads are just too slippery.
Stay warm in your snuggy!
All good reasons to be cranky ... but your photographs made up for it. Beautiful!!!
xoxo
Roses make everything better!
It has been raining a lot hasn't it. But I keep thinking what if it were snow! Your photos are just gorgeous. Like me stay inside and snuggle up. I kind of like the look of the spent roses better. Still beautiful with a little more character. I wanted to say thanks for you sweet words about our loss of our precious Bo.
Oops I almost forgot, if I decide to get rid of those windows I'll let you know. I know you could find something great to do with them.
Love, love the simple and lovely rose arrangement! Love roses!
