Chicken Week: Girls on Vacay

Continuing on with my updated chicken posts,

(please read my prior post if you are confused, as we have an ongoing saga

on the Town and Prairie),

the girls have gone to stay with Grandma for a few days.

Here is what the chicken yard looked like before:

And now after:

We have removed all chicken paraphanalia from the yard

and stored them away in the garage so we can be in compliance

for the inspection tomorrow morning.

St. Joseph is STAYING (he's in the red rum lilies).

I have complete confidence this will all work out.

Wish us luck!

I vote the chickens stay and the nasty neighbor mind her own business.

Wishing you luck in the vote. My nephew is working to change the by-law in his hometown of Sudbury, Ontario. He calls his girls 'pigeons' because of a nosy neighbour, 'cause pigeons don't violate the outdated bylaw.

I think they ought to cage the neighbor and let the chickens run free! Just my personal opinion- xo Diana

I hope it all works out for you!

You know that neighbor is thinking she won. Won't she be surprised when the vote goes through and the chickens come back to roost again.
