Sacred Heart

"As she envisioned an image of the Sacred Heart,

Saint Margaret Mary heard the words,

"Behold the heart which has so much loved men that it has spared nothing,

even exhausting and consuming itself

in its testimony of love.

Instead of gratitude I receive from most only indifference,

by irreverance and sacrilege

and the coldness and scorn that men have for me in the sacrament of love."  "

Wow that is lovely
and even though I know you have
him in your kitchen
doesn't he just look perfect
among your beautiful blooms.

I hope he keeps you and your wonderful family safe and well.

Andrea,
Wherever did you find such a treasure? I love this statue of Jesus, and it's all in pink! It looks lovely by your pink flowers. Yes, Jesus has so much love for us. When I think about this, it fills my heart with peace.

I love you new Sacred Heart of Jesus. You found a treasure. He does look pretty amongst your blooms, but would love to see everyday in my kitchen, the heart of the home, seems like Jesus should be there. Love the Novena prayer, and so glad you shared. The way things are going I worry that public prayer is being taken away, so glad to share it with you here. So glad you shared your creative inspiration with Sunday’s Best – your creativity helped make the party a success!

What a beautiful reminder in your garden to be thankful for everything each and every day. :)
