Baby in the Berry Patch

"Daddy, I got a red one."

(Baby helping her dad in his veggie garden).

She had a job yesterday.

Every. single. plucked. berry. was accompanied by an announcement:

"Daddy, I got a  red one."

I just had to tell you that I love your garden. I have just started this year with a couple of tomato plants and a couple of bell peppers. I had to start small to see if I liked having one and taking care of it and so far I do enjoy it. But one day...I want one like yours. It's beautiful!

What a beautiful garden you have and little girl. She looks like she might just want to eat those berries all up in the last photo of her and the bowl of berries.

Your daughter looks so precious in these photos. This post is so special to me because it reminds me of the time me and my dad shared in his garden. He had a garden across the street from our house, and I would go over there and help him water, and we would have long talks. He would come home with the most gorgeous vegetables. The time your husband and daughter are spending in the garden is priceless.

Your garden (and entire yard) is just beautiful and I love the photos of your sweet daughter with the strawberries. It is strawberry season here and we are also enjoying some fresh berries and peaches locally. My girls gobble them up!
